Disneyland

Just got back from Mr Toad's Wild Ride through the hospital for her CT scan. OMG!. What a production. You have to imagine all of the electronics that Denise is hooked up into her room. Then comes the Critical Care team who actually do the moving, and they bring portable versions of all the equipment she is hooked up to. Watching the changeover from fixed to portable was amazing.

Then, these guys are flying through the hospital from where her room is to the other side of the hospital. You should have seen the other patients and visitors running out of the way. Anyway, we arrived, got the CT scan, and headed back to her room,,,,All in all, it took only about 45 minutes, but I completely missed the second half of the Duke-Florida State game (sorry Saralee).

Factoid: Disneyland is the only theme park to be designed and built under the direct supervision of Walt Disney.
